Elly is still with Leo, and still in shock that Finn will be the uncle of her child, and that it will share some of his DNA.

LEO: We'll come up with something.
ELLY: Hopefully he didn't see me in there, and he'll never make the connection that I did. You know, he's only here to support Finn. So after the hearing, he'll leave; and no-one needs to know anything.

Elly gets a text from Mark, asking how the hearing's going. Leo encourages Elly to talk to Mark, but she says she can't tell him the truth. Leo suggests they find Mark, and come up with something to tell him on the way. Elly agrees.

Lassiter's Complex
Elly prepares to go and see Mark in the station. Leo asks if she wants him to come with her, but she replies that she needs to do it alone.

Erinsborough Police Station
Elly turns up to see Mark, who has already heard from Susan that Elly left court before giving her statement. Elly claims that she was feeling nauseous; it was all too much for her. Mark tells her it's okay, and explains that the hearing has been adjourned until after Easter; they can always get a proxy to read Elly's statement if she or he can't do it.

Mark kisses Elly, and goes to fetch her a cup of tea, telling her to take a seat.

The Waterhole
Dipi and Shane have brought Yashvi to the pub for her first legal drink, as she's eighteen today!

SHANE: What does it taste like?
YASHVI: A lot like underage, illegal ones!
DIPI: Except adults drink responsibly. Usually.

Yashvi asks what they have planned for her birthday tonight, but is underwhelmed by the response; they've organised a family dinner and movie night, but that's about it!

SHANE: And now you're grown up, you get to choose the movie.
YASHVI: (strained smile)

Terese is talking to Paul about Imogen; she's worried about her continued involvement with Finn. They resolve to keep an eye on her.

David and Leo come in. Paul tries to talk to Leo about arrangements for the backpackers' over the Easter weekend, but Leo is uncommunicative.

LEO: I'm the manager, so I'll manage it.

At the bar, David asks Leo whether he really has got any plans for the backpackers'. Leo says the backpackers' is 'low key'; an extra keg and pool comp is all that will be required to keep guests entertained over Easter, and Paul should mind his own business. Leo orders a beer from Shane; David reminds him they're supposed to be picking up drinks for the party at No 32.

DAVID: Are you gonna be in a mood at the party, too?
LEO: I'm just worried about Elly.

No 32
Aaron, Chloe and Kyle are setting up for their Easter pool party. Aaron is talking a lot about his marriage to David, and then apologises for Kyle for being insensitive, as his own marriage has just collapsed. Kyle says it's cool, but things get awkward when Aaron mentions Gary and Amy, asking if Kyle can go to fetch an esky from No 26. Kyle isn't keen, but says he'll go later.

After Aaron's gone, Chloe jokes to Kyle about Aaron always boasting about being married.

KYLE: Yeah, love is gross!
CHLOE: Couldn't agree more. I'm all about fun, fun, fun.

Kyle looks curious as she walks off.

The Waterhole
Terese is talking to Paul about Finn's hearing, but Paul's distractedly staring at Leo and David, who are still at the bar. Paul admits he's not happy about being fobbed off over Leo's plans for the weekend at the backpackers', and is worried about him. But Terese says Leo's still hurt - they just have to give him a little longer.

In the meantime, Leo has David looking out for him. Paul is concerned about that, too, as David always gets stuck in the middle of family tensions. But Terese says there's no one better capable of helping Leo, and encourages Paul to leave with her.

As they go, Shaun comes in. David introduces him to Leo, who quickly gathers who he is and looks uncomfortable. Shaun asks David if he knows Elly, who ran out of the hearing before. David explains they're friends, and Leo says Elly felt unwell, hence leaving the hearing. David then suggests it might be to do with her pregnancy. Shaun looks shocked; and David also mentions Mark as Elly's husband.

Shaun thanks David and leaves, but Leo - concerned that Shaun now knows who Elly is and that she's pregnant - heads straight out after him, telling David that he's got to deal with an emergency.

Lassiter's Complex
Leo emerges to see Shaun approaching Elly, just as Mark is also emerging from the station. Leo goes to distract Mark by inviting him to Aaron's party, so that he doesn't see Elly talking to Shaun. Meanwhile...

SHAUN: You're Elly - Bea's sister.
ELLY: Yes - yes, I am.
SHAUN: Did you take off because of me back at court?
ELLY: Sorry, I was in shock. I had no idea who you were. I promise I didn't know who you were the other night.
SHAUN: Yeah, obviously. I mean, me neither - otherwise there's no way that I would've, you know...
ELLY: I need you to forget about what happened, and not mention it to anyone. I was in a really dark place, and it was a mistake.
SHAUN: I remember, you said.
ELLY: What you don't know is, I'm married. So this is really serious.
SHAUN: I do know that, actually. I just found out. Also you're pregnant?

But at this point, Mark has seen Shaun talking to Elly, and breaks off his conversation with Leo to approach them...

SHAUN: Were you pregnant when we hooked up?
ELLY: Erm, no - not yet. After.

Mark appears and interrupts. He assumes Shaun's trying to get Elly to change her impact statement when Finn's hearing continues - and Shaun and Elly both go along with this explanation.

SHAUN: Sorry - it was a mistake. I won't bother you again.

Shaun leaves, and Mark makes sure Elly's okay. Elly tells Mark she needs to talk to Leo about the party, and walks off - while Mark decides to follow Shaun to give him a piece of his mind.

MARK: That woman is nine weeks pregnant and incredibly vulnerable. The last thing she needs right now is more stress. Got it?
SHAUN: Yeah.

So now Shaun knows Elly was lying about her pregnancy dates...

Elly arrives home with Leo.

ELLY: I'm sorry for dragging you into this - it's such a mess (...) I know you disapprove of what's going on, but I really appreciate you standing by my side.

Leo nods, and promises to check in with Elly later. He leaves, and Elly breaks down in tears.

No 32
The Easter pool party is underway, and rabbit ears appear to be obligatory. David has gone all-out in a pink bunny onesie, while Aaron is wearing nothing but the ears and fluffy shorts. Leo has foregone any kind of fancy dress, and hits the booze immediately, telling David it's been a stressful day.

Yashvi appears from over the fence, and asks Aaron if she can come and join the party. He tells her it's adults-only, but she tells him she's turned eighteen today, and that no-one's organised anything fun for her at home - so he grudgingly agrees to let her come over.

Meanwhile, Chloe and Kyle are in deckchairs. Chloe comments favourably on some blokes who have just arrived; and Kyle is surprised, as he's heard Chloe dated a girl called Mel.

KYLE: I just thought you were into chicks.
CHLOE: Yeah. And men. I'm bi. I, uh, thought you would've picked up on that.
KYLE: Why?
CHLOE: Cos of how I've been flirting with you since you moved in.
KYLE: I just thought you did that to wind your brother up!
CHLOE: Just an added bonus.

Kyle looks pleased and intrigued.

Paul complains to Terese about the noise coming from the party at No 32.

TERESE: When did you become Karl Kennedy?

But Paul continues to moan. So Terese suggests they have some fun of their own. Paul, however, is distracted by thoughts of Leo, and wonders whether he should go to the backpackers' to check on him; he suspects that Leo hasn't organised anything for it over the weekend, possibly to spite him. Terese declares that Leo has no reason to sabotage the backpackers' - Paul should trust him.

No 32
However, Leo is still at the party, doing shots with Yashvi and Kyle at the Doug-Out. Dipi pops her head over the fence and tells Yashvi it's time to come home and choose her movie - but Yashvi just rushes towards the pool instead and jumps in. Aaron promises Dipi they'll have her home within the hour, so Dipi grudgingly disappears.

KYLE: Still freaks me out that you're Amy's brother!
LEO: Really? Surely Sheila would've filled you in?
KYLE: Yeah - in great detail! But it's different, you know, seeing it - just melts my brain.
LEO: What, even more than your ex-girlfriend being engaged to your dad?
KYLE: Ouch!
LEO: Sorry, man, I know you're suffering. I know your wife dumped you and your dad's in love.

Kyle tries to interject saying it's not quite like that, but Leo starts wittering on about his own relationships with Terese and Piper, saying they're in the same boat.

KYLE: My heart wasn't broken.
LEO: What?
KYLE: I wasn't dumped. I broke up with Georgia.

Leo is surprised, as he'd heard otherwise, but Kyle tells him to forget about it.

The party continues, as does the flirtation between Kyle and Chloe. David pesters Leo to go and check how things are going at the backpackers', but Leo's too focused on getting drunk.

LEO: You're starting to sound like Dad.

Elly is looking at a photo of her and Mark on her phone. There's a knock at the door; it's Shaun.

SHAUN: Don't freak out - I checked, your husband's at work, he won't see us.
ELLY: What are you doing here?!
SHAUN: I just want to ask you some questions.
ELLY: No, you have to go!
SHAUN: Please! I deserve to know what's going on.
ELLY: What do you mean?
SHAUN: You lied to me. You said you got pregnant after we hooked up, but your husband Mark said you were nine weeks pregnant.
ELLY: So I got my dates confused.
SHAUN: So you were pregnant when we met?
ELLY: Yeah. Yes.
SHAUN: And you knew?
ELLY: Yes - so what? Who cares?
SHAUN: You were drunk! Really drunk! Elly, what's going on? I have this feeling that you're lying to me; but why would anyone lie about this unless they were hiding something - or at least unsure about something? Is there a chance this baby's mine?
ELLY: ...
SHAUN: Elly, I'm sorry, but I can't ignore this. If you want, we can just do this officially. We'll do a DNA test, and if it's clear, I'll disappear.
ELLY: We don't need to do a test...I know who the father is, Shaun. It's you.

No 32
The party continues; Aaron is upset that one of the extras has stolen his look! Meanwhile, Leo is taking a call from a pizza place near the backpackers', who are complaining about the noise.

DAVID: Who's in charge down there, anyway?
LEO: I dunno, one of my guys... Sven or Jurgen... Look, it doesn't matter. As soon as the kegs run dry, they'll all head to The City™. Everyone just needs to chill out.

Leo wanders off, and David tells Aaron he's going to go and check things are okay at the backpackers'. Aaron's not keen, but David insists - asking Aaron to keep an eye on a still-heavily-drinking Leo.

No 24
Elly and Shaun are still talking.

ELLY: I have the chance to start the family Mark and I always wanted. But if you go and tell him, we'll lose everything, Shaun. You'll destroy our lives. Do you even have any interest in being a father?
SHAUN: I haven't really thought about it.
ELLY: I mean, you don't even know me. Why would you want to raise a child with me? And you know what this means, right? It means forever. Come on, Shaun - you don't want this.
SHAUN: I have to think about it. I'll let you know as soon as I've decided what I want to do - and I won't tell anyone else in the meantime.

Shaun leaves, and Elly looks worried.

Kyle gets a call on his phone from Amy - but glances across at Chloe, and then cancels the call. They flirt over guacamole, which leads to a pash...

We enter a montage, with Elly feeling sorry for herself, and fiddling with the wedding ring on her finger.

Shaun looks despondently into a pint of beer.

Mark is on duty. He reaches for something on his desk.

David turns up to check everything's okay, and there's a very lively party going on; the whole place is a mess. A random guy, Warren Stacks, starts a fight with another backpacker - during which David is accidentally punched in the face. He falls to the floor, apparently unconscious, as the brawl continues nearby...
