Previously on Neighbours
- Lauren is surprised to see Brad, and find out they're both living on Ramsay Street again

Number 26
Kate says it's not fair, Mark can't just kiss her like that. Mark still loves her and he's sure she has feelings for him too. It won't last with Mason, he's just a kid. Kate says he's 18. Mark knows Mason's up for attempted robbery. Does she want to invest in someone who could be going away for a very long time? Mark says if they get back together she will never let her go again. He suggests they start a new life here or back in Sydney with Sophie and Harry. Mark never thought he'd have this chance again, and if she thinks he'll let her go without a fight then she's mistaken. Kate asks for time to think. When he leans in for a kiss she pushes him away, telling him he'll call her tomorrow.
Number 30
Georgia and Kate talk about the kiss. Kate says for a second it felt like the last two years disappeared and she was in love with Mark all over again. Georgia asks how she'd feel if she wasn't with Mason. Kate says so much has changed, she's changed. She would have given up anything to be with Mark, but since then she made stupid decisions, she hurt people. She realised she wasn't ready for something so serious. Georgia asks if that's why she's with Mason. Kate says she's serious about Mason but he's just more fun. She sees the world differently with him. Georgia says nothing is ever guaranteed, she just has to make the best decision for what is right in her life right now. She tells Kate to sleep on it.
Number 22
The Willis family are eating dinner. Terese says that Karl asked if they're willing to host Bite Club tomorrow night. Brad says she's the one who pulled their name out of the hat, it has nothing to do with him, but Terese reminds him that he'll be doing the cooking. Imogen takes another slice of pizza, and Josh berates her about the empty carbs she's shovelling inside of her, which just makes Imogen smile as she takes a bite. Josh leaves to take a shower and do his homework. Terese says she hardly gets to see him, Josh tells her to talk to Brad who gave him the killer training schedule. Brad and Terese go to open a glass of wine and talk menus for Bite Club. Imogen reminds them that it's the first day of school tomorrow and she doesn't have a uniform. They try to think of a plan of how to get one but both are too busy. Imogen tells them not to worry about it. She'll probably be able to borrow one from Amber. Terese says that'll be great and she promises to make space in the diary.
Number 30
Amber gets a text and checks with Lauren and Matt if it's okay to lend Imogen one of her school uniforms tomorrow. Mason enters looking gloomy. Matt and Lauren tell him not to worry about Kate. To cheer everyone up, Matt says they got a call from the real estate agent and they've found a buyer for the house in Mount Isa, all going well it'll settle in 6 weeks. Amber's excited to get their own place down here and she asks for her own bathroom. Matt tells them not to get ahead of themselves. Matt asks what Mason thinks, he sighs and says great.
Ramsay Street
Imogen and Amber walk onto the street, noting how big Amber's uniform is on Imogen. Josh and Brad return from their training session, and Amber excitedly says hi to Josh, sighing as she checks him out. Brad checks if Amber is coming to Bite Club tonight, she is. She asks if Josh is going, he replies that he lives here so of course he is. As Josh leaves Amber marvels at her stupid question, but Imogen says Josh probably didn't notice. Amber checks that Josh is into girls. Imogen says as far as she knows, and drags her along to school, she doesn't want to be late.
Harold's
Lauren tells Matt it would be great if they could stay in the area. Matt says it'll be a stretch with his pay cut and her working part time. Brad comes in and checks that they can come to Bite Club. Lauren says they wouldn't miss it for the world. As Matt leaves, Brad calls him Sergeant. Matt corrects Brad, it's just Senior Constable. Lauren nervously promises to get Brad a coffee.
Charlie's
Paul asks if Kate has caught up with Mark yet.
KATE: Did you have to tell him about Mason's record?
PAUL: It just came up in casual conversation.
KATE: Oh, yeah right. You don't do casual conversation.
PAUL: Yeah well it was bound to come out anyway.
Paul asks what Brennan had to say about it? Kate says that Mark wants to get back together with her. She thought she and Mason were watertight, but after last night she's not so sure anymore. Paul tells her that Brennan is a good man, he's mature and steady and he loves Kate. Kate points out that Paul didn't like them being together at one point. Paul says things were messy back then, and he realises that she could do worse. Kate thinks this is about Mason not being 'boy next door' material. Paul says he just wants her to be happy and content. In his opinion, Brennan can give her that. If she chooses him, he still promises to cover Mason's legal costs. Paul says she has to decide on the right thing for her.
Lassiter's
Paul apologises to a customer for the inconvenience of moving rooms. Terese asks Paul what is going on here. Paul's redeveloping part of the hotel into residential apartments. She wonders why there are workmen in the main foyer. He says it's a lot quicker and easier. She says this is unprofessional and these guests should never have been put near the worksite. Paul is glad they're on the same page and goes to get a coffee.
TERESE: You can't just leave like this!
PAUL: Well I guess now is your opportunity to flex those managerial muscles, ay?
As Paul leaves, he talks to customers, telling them that Terese will look after them. Terese puts on a smile for the customers.
Lassiter's Lake
Mason is sitting in his work uniform, when Matt approaches, asking if Kate has called. Mason thinks it means that Kate and Brennan are making up for lost time. Matt tells him not to think about that. Mason says he loves Kate and he doesn't want to lose her. Matt says he has to trust her. It's part of being in an adult relationship. Mason wonders why Mark turned up out of the blue like this, what is his agenda? Matt says he's missing the point, if his relationship with Kate is real then Mark is not a threat.
MASON: Do you think I'm being an idiot?
MATT: I think you need to have more faith. And yeah, you're being an idiot.
Mason smiles. Matt stands up and tells Mason he'll see him later.
Lassiter's
Terese gives a customer a key to her new room. Paul walks in, angry that she's moved him out of his suite and given it to someone else. She also shows him the account to his suite, noting all the expenses that he has to pay. Paul tells her that as the owner of the hotel he is entitled to a few perks. She corrects him, he's entitled to a staff discount, and he can't just write it off. He may have been able to dodge the tax office in the past, but it stops, now.
Erinsborough High Exterior
Josh arrives at school, passing Amber in the playground. She tries chatting to him about being into training, and invites him to lunch. Josh says he has to catch up on schoolwork, but thanks her and says maybe next time.
Lassiter's
Terese pulls up an employee, Caroline, on her method of answering phones. Mason informs Terese that she's needed upstairs. As Terese leaves, Caroline gets a phone call, telling Mason she expects it to be that girl from Sydney again, looking for her boyfriend. Caroline answers and it is her. Caroline tells her that Mr Brennan isn't back yet, but she informs Sienna that she'll leave a message. Caroline tells Mason that she's probably checking up on her boyfriend, though if she was dating him she'd do the same.
Erinsborough High Exterior
Kate is shocked to see Mark arrive at the school. He says it can't wait, he loves her and he wants to be with her. Imogen and Amber watch, and notice Mason arriving. He tells Kate not to choose Mark, she should choose him. He tells her that Mark has a girlfriend back in Sydney. Mark says he can explain. Mason stands up to Mark, and the two start fighting. Kate pushes them apart and tells them both to get off school premises, now. They both leave, as Kate looks around at the crowd of kids watching.
IMOGEN: Oh my gosh! I love this school!
Amber pulls Imogen away.
Number 32
Matt and Lauren are unpacking boxes, Matt tells Lauren that he has nothing in common with Brad, and is worried about what they'll talk about at Bite Club. Lauren finds a sketch she drew of Amber and Bailey when they were little. Matt says she was really talented, he never understood why she didn't do more with her art, she answers with 'three kids and a husband.' He suggests they find a place with a shed that they can turn into a studio.
LAUREN: Seriously though, are you sure the only reason you don't want to go isn't because Brad's an old flame?
MATT: Oh he's an old flame now, before it was nothing serious!
LAUREN: Don't change the subject.
Matt assures her he just doesn't have much in common with him. She says they don't have to stay long.
Charlie's
Paul shows Terese a cheque for his expenses minus the staff discount, but before he hands it to her he wants to discuss a few things. He suggests they meet later to discuss ways in which they can move forward, professionally of course. Paul asks about tonight, she says she can't, but invites him to come along to Bite Club. Paul says the reason he moved was to get away from that sort of nonsense. He hands her the cheque, telling her to go ahead and knock herself out. Terese looks confused.
Lassiter's Lake
Mark assures Kate that he doesn't do flings. His relationship with Sienna is as serious as it gets, he was even about to ask her to marry him when this witness protection thing finished. He couldn't commit to someone else until he checked that there wasn't a chance with Kate first. She asks if Sienna knows about her. He says Sienna knows why he's here. When he first started seeing Sienna he honestly thought he'd never see Kate again. He tried to move on but he couldn't stop loving her. Kate understands, there's a part that never stopped loving him either. Even before she found out about Sienna, she'd made up her mind. She let go of Mark a long time ago, and now she's in love with Mason, she doesn't want to go back and recreate the past. Mark asks if there's anything else he can say to change her mind, but he can't. Kate and Mark hug. Kate says she's sorry, and Mark says he hopes Mason makes her happy. Kate watches as Mark leaves.
Number 26
Kate thanks Mason for coming over. She just saw Brennan and she told him that she chooses Mason. She wants to be with him. Kate is about to hug Mason when he pushes her away. He doesn't want to be a consolation prize. It's funny how things changed when she found out Brennan had a girlfriend. Kate says she wants to be with Mason, but he doesn't believe that. She says she was confused, but she chose Mason before finding out about Mark's girlfriend. Mason says it is too late. He says they're over and walks out.
Tomorrow on Neighbours
- Paul finds out that Kate kissed Brennan, and tells Mason.
- Mason is furious at Kate.
- Chris tells Kyle he'll hurt himself if he keeps trying to do things on his own
- Kyle walks in front of a car
- Matt and Brad bicker over dinner
- Terese is glad she and Brad came here and thinks they'll be really happy
