- Sam wants to know why Annalise is going out with Mark tonight. She says it's none of his business.

Hannah warns Holly to stay at the house and then sneaks off to see Painter. As she runs down Ramsay Street, Holly follows.

Rick tells Mark off for playing his flute late at night and waking him up. He's pre- occupied with his relationship with Annalise.
Mark tells Rick that they need to find a room- mate to share the rent - someone is coming around tonight, in fact (Rolf)

Pam has got leathers on for Penelope's funeral. She's going to let them get over her death a bit before she makes an offer on her motorbike.
Cody rushes off, saying she has to give Debbie moral support on her first day back at school.

Helen is telling Phil about the Holly/Painter ultimatum last night.
Cody comes to call for Debbie to go for school and they all encourage her.
Field
Hannah is walking Painter and telling her how much she loves her. Just then, Holly runs up, barking, and Painter rears. Hannah calms him down and shouts to Holly to go home. Holly lies down, whining sadly.
Coffee Shop
Sam and Annalise are chatting. He asks about her date with Mark and is still dubious about their relationship (and clearly very jealous!)
Just then, Mark comes in and hands Annalise an earring that she dropped last night. He tells Annalise that he had a great time last night and Sam seethes, then stomps off to work.
School
Sam is doing odd jobs at the school.
Debbie tells Cody that he first day has gone well and nobody has really said anything.
DEBBIE: You know, it sounds stupid but I've kind of missed school.
CODY: You're right, it does sound stupid(!)
Cody is about to go into an exam and they talk about Cody doing medicine in the future - if she gets the marks.
DEBBIE: You're a brainiac!
CODY: Oh, yeah(!) Isaac Newton and Albert Einstein and Cody Willis, we're all mates!
Field
Hannah is riding Painter. Painter starts to run faster, and Hannah falls off and hurts her ankle. Holly comes up and Hannah begs her for help.
HANNAH: I'm sorry, Holly!
She sends her off to get help in a scene Lassie would have been proud of(!)
Newsagency
Annalise buys a budget guide to Britain and Ireland to help her out in London - she isn't in the big time yet so has to travel on a shoe- string(!)

Helen rings Phil and says she's had a call from Hannah's school - Hannah didn't arrive for school this morning. Julie is out looking for her.
Newsagency
Phil decides to close the shop and help to look for her. Annalise offers to cover for him instead.

Holly comes in and starts barking madly at Helen. Helen tries to shush her, but Holly has gone into full Lassie mode.
Helen realises what is happening.
HELEN: Find Hannah! Good girl, find Hannah!
Coffee Shop
Pam has been to the funeral and is having a cup of tea with Doug. Apparently it was very uplifting.
Rick comes in and mentions that Jack has taken Zac out for a bit. Then he goes over to Mark and tells him that a guy called Fabian is coming to look at the room at lunch- time.
Field
Helen is following Holly and to her surprise, comes across Painter. Then she sees Holly running up to Hannah who is still lying on the ground. She rushes over to her.

Fabian has arrived to look at the room. He's a "cool guy" and Rick gets on well with him, chatting about local nightclubs. Mark is less enthusiastic and clearly thinks Fabian is a bit weird. He tells Fabian they're still interviewing and will let him know(!)
When he's gone, Mark vetoes Fabian, saying he doesn't need him and his mates waking them up at night after being out clubbing.

Helen is comforting Hannah saying she thinks it's just a sprained ankle. She helps Hannah to her feet.

Doug is hammering while Pam is trying to talk on the phone. Cody tells Doug off because she's trying to study.
CODY: Dad, if you're looking for a job, why don't you sound- proof my room, that way I might get some study done(!)
Pam comes off the phone and says that Gail Williams, the Head District Nurse wants to see her in her office urgently. Pam is worried.

Phil tells Hannah off for riding Painter unsupervised. Julie is apparently still out (or not in this episode!)

Rolf, the next room applicant, is apparently a Latin lecturer at the University. He's the other end of the party spectrum from Fabian(!) Rick tells Rolf that they're still interviewing and will let them know(!)
When he's gone, Rick vetoes Rolf(!)
They read each other's ads and understand why they've had such odd applicants! Mark suggests that they write a joint ad.
Arcade
Sam bumps into Annalise leaving the Newsagency. He asks her for a gym recommendation. She offers to show him the Lassiter's gym.

Phil is on the phone to Julie, telling her that Hannah is OK. Phil tells Hannah that she has to learn to ride properly and be consistent with Holly.
HANNAH: I love you, Holly, I really do.
PHIL: Make sure you show her that.

Cody is making dinner when Pam comes in looking agitated.
PAM: Apparently Penelope's family have made a complaint about the motorbike.
DOUG: What?
PAM: They're accusing me of taking a gift from a patient.
DOUG: Well, didn't you tell Gav that you wanted to buy it from him?
PAM: They weren't interested in my excuses, Doug.
CODY: What's she going to do?
PAM: Sack me.
Doug and Cody look shocked.
